Due to the nature of custom-made items and the resources invested in their creation, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for custom orders once the production process has commenced.

Please carefully review and approve all design specifications, measurements, and other relevant details before finalizing your order. Any changes requested after production has begun may incur additional fees and could affect the timeline for completion.

In the rare event that there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part that significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications, we will gladly work with you to rectify the issue through repair, replacement, or alternative resolution options, as determined at our discretion.

I placed my order, what happens next? 

Production Time: Please note that all our products are custom-made with careful attention to detail. Due to the craftsmanship involved, our standard production time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of order placement. This period allows us to create your custom item to the highest standards of quality.

Shipping Time: Once your custom item is crafted and ready for dispatch, we ship it promptly to your designated address. Shipping typically takes an additional 7-10 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country's customs processes and other factors beyond our control.

Total Timeframe: To estimate the total time it will take for your order to reach you, please add the production time (4-6 weeks) to the shipping time (7-10 business days). Keep in mind that these are general estimates, and actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on factors such as order volume, seasonal demand, and unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email or through your account on our website. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.
